We all know that the two challenges that every generations are facing is Health and Finance right?  But, do you really know if your prospect are really looking for these 2?

How do you prospect?  Do you focus on health approach  or business opportunity approach?

All along I was thinking that my prospects were looking for my business opportunity so I would go out and pitch these opportunities to my warm market as well as to my cold markets.  I would love to tell everyone about my business opportunity…. and guess what happened…? All I met was rejection and disappointments.

No more chasing of prospects, no more arm-twisting, no more selling to friends or relatives (unless, of course, THEY come to YOU wanting information!), no more cold callings to leads who couldn’t even care about what you have to offer to them…

Instead, utilizing the powerful principles of Marketing Attraction approach you will learn to attract prospects who are actually LOOKING to start a home based business.

3 IMPORTANT FORMULA TO MLM PROSPECTING / RECRUITING

1.  VALUE

You must learn on how to provide value to your prospects because this is your pass for you to get your right to sell anything to your prospects.  You must not sell any hype here but, instead you must provide help, solutions to their problem, resources or even free training before you can sell anything.  Your prospect must like and trust you first before they can buy anything from you.  Giving value is very important and this is really the foundation of attraction marketing. You need to build trust and credibility with your target prospects.

2.  BE A LEADER

Prospects are looking for a true leader who can provide them the results that they want to achieve. They are looking for a strong and confident leader who can show them on how to achieve success in life.

People follow people.  Being part of a group of like minded people or positive people can mean the difference between success and failure.

Being a leader is your powerful skill that you can take your prospects to whatever goals that they want to attain.  This is already embedded to our emotions that we always be looking for a leader to follow.  You need to be that authority figure so people will join and work with you.  People are looking for leader to join to bring them to the financial freedom promise land.

3.  BE CREDIBLE AND SINCERE OF WHAT YOU ARE DOING

You can give values and stand a leader if you are sincere of what you are doing to others.  This will be coming from the bottom of your heart.  Forget about money here because if you are sincere and credible in helping people and giving values to people, money will just flow automatically.  You must be honest, credible and sincere that you really want to help people.  This is one formula that you can recruit anyone to your business.

Combining these 3 formula’s will definitely lead you to your MLM Prospecting or Recruiting a success.  Of course with time, if you work hard with your business you will find more and more values to give to your prospects and you will be definitely develop this special trait that a network marketer should have  ”BE A LEADER”
