There is a Phrase that says "Life Begins at 40". Age is something that you cannot change in your life. Time will continue to tick and nobody can regain back your lost time.
But, is it really life begins at 40?
The answer to this question is very subjective because there are several phenomenons that are happening to each and everyone of us
- Middle life crisis (visiting your hairdresser to cover up your grey hair, high conscious of your weight and appearance)
- Slowing down your parties or just started to party every night
- Have enough experience and skill to do what you want to do with your life
- Either you have or you have nots
- Suffering some health problems or living healthy
- Living happy or suffering from depression
and the list must go on and on….
The truth of the matter when we reach our 40's this is our prime age either we MAKE or BREAK IT. What do I mean for this? We have 2 choices to make either you want to work hard for your money (employee or self employed) or let the money work for you for the rest of your life (big business owner or investor).
Let us put it this way…
Many of us need to work overtime to be able to get an extra income to pay our bills, but how about missing your kids grow? You go home late our kids already in bed then in the morning we need to rush to work. Time will not stop ticking and we need to dream that one day we also have a Pipeline that money is working for us (same as the wealthy people) If you are in your 40's this is the best time to think and prepared because the riskier thing now is if you work for someone else. Your Job is no longer the best security that you can depend on. Just think of this, big business people when they close one of their businesses this is only 10% or 20% of their net worth, but if YOU lose your job, you will lose your 100% net worth.
There are several ways that you can prepare your income pipeline while you are still working you can generate extra income from dividend, rentals, part time business, home based business, make money online, profit sharing, bond interest, trading etc.
Starting up your own business is quite challenging especially if you do not have sufficient capital to invest in sustaining your business operations.
HERE ARE THE 3 WAYS TO BECOME A BUSINESS OWNER:
1. Build a system (set up a factory or company)
2 Buy a system (franchise)
3. Rent a system (MLM company)
For item #1 (Build) and #2 (Buy) - you need to invest big money & time (High risk)
For item #3 (Rent) – investment only time for learning and understanding and just copy this system (minimal investment, no risk)
